Brian Page has devised a devious but ethical method of profiting from things he does not own. He went on Grant Cardone’s Ask The Pro, talking about how you can make a lot of money doing this without a real estate license, strong credit, or even a lot of money. You also don’t need to own any houses, flats, or commercial properties. So, what exactly is it? Brian refers to it as “Rental Arbitrage.” You’re taking advantage of Airbnb. How does it function? Brian demonstrates a one-bedroom condo in Atlanta, Georgia in his YouTube video for The BNB Formula. It is not his; it belongs to some random person. About someone to rent it out, he’s asking for $1200 per month. That’s forty bucks a day if you split by thirty. What if he agrees to rent it to a BNBer like Brian instead of a traditional tenant? Who obtains his authorization to list it on Airbnb after that?
In this hypothetical scenario, if Mr. Owner approved, Brain claims he would list it on Airbnb for $130 per day. If he could rent it out for only twenty days each month, he’d make $2600 per month. Brian would make a tidy profit after subtracting the twelve hundred he pays Mr. Owner for rent and another two hundred for utilities.
Over the course of a year, it translates to $14,400 in additional revenue. But it’s when you start rinsing and repeating that it becomes very potent. In your second month, you do another one. In your third month, you get another one. You might go for a total of seven Rental Arbitrage Airbnb listings. That works up to $8400 every month, or $60,000 per year.
That’s precisely what Brian Page did for the first six months or so of his Airbnb business. He resigned his day job at that moment. He had enough monthly cash flow to pay all of his living expenditures plus some. “And I achieved it all without buying any houses, taking out any mortgages, going into debt, or taking any significant risks.” And, even better, I found how to do it without having to sign a long-term lease,” Brian stated.

He’ll send it to you for free if you provide postage and handling. He’ll guide you through each process, show you some of his homes, go over the figures, and hopefully provide you with enough value to start your own Airbnb business.
It’ll total $9.95. The only aspect of it that I dislike is the ascension model sales funnel that it puts you in. You’ll be besieged with upsells as soon as you make your money. Each one will get more expensive. If you’re easily sold, this “free book” might wind up costing you hundreds of dollars. Don’t get me wrong: it could still be worthwhile. Brian Page and his BNB Formula are both genuine. You could purchase all he has to offer and still profit handsomely. I’m not hating; I’m simply warning you.
ALTERNATIVE: Create a recurring income by renting out websites.
