But what qualifies him to instruct you? How much does it set you back? What is the mechanism behind it? And should you put money into it? Peter Harris, it turns out, is more than prepared to coach you through commercial real estate investment. Commercial Real Estate Investing for Dummies is a book he actually authored on the topic. He worked as an engineer for 16 years prior to it. Robert Kiyosaki and Donald Trump are said to have tutored him. “I wouldn’t be where I am today without their aid,” Peter says. And now he’s reversing the elevator’s direction.
In his Protege Program pitch video, Peter claims, “I have trained and mentored individuals nationally on commercial real estate since 2003 because I feel it is one of the finest ways to become financially free.” “It just takes one transaction to have a huge influence on your financial situation for the rest of your life.” One bargain may alleviate all of your retirement concerns. “A single sale may replace your whole revenue from your employment.”
“After you’ve done a few agreements, you start to build what I call ‘generational wealth,’ which may benefit not just you, but also your children and their children’s descendants,” he continued. “But here’s the catch: if you don’t know what you’re doing, commercial real estate may be difficult and hazardous.” Take part in his Protege Program.
“How would you like a mentor to assist you?” Peter inquires. “How would you want to be mentored by me?” Right now, I’m searching for a few exceptional individuals to mentor, work with on transactions with, and share profits 50/50. My Protege Program is what I call it. This is a shortcut to success for a chosen few.” If you believe you’ve got what it takes, he urges you to fill out a short form on his website.
After that, someone from Peter’s staff will contact you. You’ll get a couple of phone calls to check whether you’re a suitable match. If that’s the case, they’ll attempt to persuade you to join the Protege Program. The price ranges between $10,000 and $20,000. Within that range, I’m sure they’ll accept whatever you’re prepared to spend. There is also a $197 monthly cost for tools and software. You’ll have to spend for leads, marketing, and advertising as well. Remember, after all of this, you still have to split future revenues 50/50 with Peter.
That’s insane. It should be one or the other, not both, in my opinion. Either charge clients $20k and let them retain 100% of the profits from their transactions, or teach them for free in return for shares in future agreements. Otherwise, isn’t Peter Harris the only one who gets rich? It’s a fantastic bargain for him, but it’s not so fantastic for you. So, although I’m sure you could learn a lot about commercial real estate from him, I wouldn’t put my money into anything Commercial Property Advisors produces.
