Is digital real estate legit? That is a question that many people ask. Jeff has written an article to help answer the question. It is a good read for anyone interested in learning more about this topic. Read more in detail here: is digital real estate legit.
Jeff Lerner is airing a new YouTube commercial. He has his hair slicked back and is wearing a Coldplay T-shirt while standing in front of a stylish crib. “Would you rather have a home or a laptop?” he says, briefly holding up a space gray MacBook Pro. “Which do you believe is more valuable?” Certainly not the residence. Because it not only costs millions to purchase, but it also costs thousands to maintain on a monthly basis.” I’m not sure where he’s going with this. My Training With Jeff review is farther down the page.
UP NEXT: This is where you’ll get the answers to all of your questions.
According to Jeff, the laptop is worth much more than the home. In fact, he’s earned more than $80 million off his MacBook. I’m sure he had to update it a few times over the years, but it’s still impressive. The point has been made. He’s done it via a process known as digital real estate. “And digital real estate costs almost nothing to get started,” he adds, “and it produces actual online assets with the potential to generate revenue.”
Then he admits that he’s shocked that no one else has mentioned it. Hmm. We’ve been discussing it for six years, but it’s fine. Maybe he hasn’t seen our material before. Despite the fact that his “book,” The Millionaire Shortcut, has received a rather bad review. Because it’s on the first page of Google, you’d think he’d read it. It doesn’t matter whether he borrowed the notion or not. He wouldn’t be the first and certainly won’t be the last to do so.
The Entre Institute’s CEO is Jeff Lerner. To become a multimillionaire, he followed an unconventional route. He didn’t win the Mega Millions jackpot, inherit a profitable family company, or live frugally, invest every dollar he earned, and wait for compound interest to work its magic for nearly forty years. Nope. He used digital real estate to his advantage. And today, for the first time ever, he’ll reveal his darkest secrets to you.
It’s all simply a fresh hook for the same “book,” unfortunately. The Millionaire Shortcut is a shortcut to become a millionaire. That implies he’s lying when he claims he’ll divulge his secrets “for the first time ever.” He’s also lying when he says he’s “not going to do this forever, but for the time being, The Millionaire Shortcut is one hundred percent free.” I’m attempting to create a sense of urgency in order for you to take action. The truth is that this “book” is nothing more than a PDF document that has always been and always will be available for free.
You couldn’t possibly charge for it. All the “book” states is that the quickest way to become a billionaire is to locate someone who has done it before and pay them to teach you what they know. Then he gives you a link to his Entre Blueprint course, which costs $39. This is most likely the start of a series of progressively costly upsells. It’s irritating because I don’t have anything against Jeff Lerner. If you listen to his podcast, I believe he’s a nice man.
I don’t understand why he feels the need to be secretive as soon as he begins selling. I’m not criticizing what he sells or his credentials. That’s exactly how he goes about it. “Hey, I put together a short little PDF report, nothing fancy,” he might be just as effective (and far more ethical) if he simply told it like it is: “Hey, I put together a quick little PDF report, nothing fancy.” It’ll take you no more than 10 minutes to read. It doesn’t include anything earth-shattering. But I’ll explain why it’s critical to locate a business mentor. Take a look at it. It’s completely free. After you’ve gone through it, I hope you’ll want to purchase my course. You don’t have to, however.”
