The idea of “Digital Landlord” is, in theory, a modern millionaire that lives their entire life online. Their work would be done from home so they can spend more time with their family and children while earning passive income by renting out digital space on the blockchain. What are your thoughts?
The “7 day digital landlord” is a book that helps you live the life of luxury. The author, Chris Ducker, has been able to transform his life from struggling and living paycheck-to-paycheck to a millionaire in 7 days time.
The Modern Millionaires was created by Abdul Farooqi and Chance Welton. For less than ten dollars, they provide an Officeless Agency masterclass. After you purchase that, they attempt to upsell you to their main meal, which costs $7000. After that, I’ve heard they have a mastermind you can join for an extra $30,000. For that sort of money, what could they possibly teach? Why are they dubbed “scammers” by so many people? Let’s take a look at their most recent YouTube commercial together and see what we can learn.
UP NEXT: An Open Discussion About Our Website Rental Business
Abdul shows how normal landlords have to evict aging “cat women” and track them down for rent. Their daily lives are not enjoyable. They seem to be in a foul attitude all of the time. Then there’s him, and then there’s Chance. They’re a whole lot more zen. And it’s not without cause. They’re laptop squatters. They, like conventional landlords, get monthly passive income. But without the annoyances of blocked toilets, emergency phone calls, and late payments.
The homes that they rent out are entirely digital. There are no bricks and mortar, and there is no need for a large sum of money up front. Better still, your renters (small company owners) pay you between $2,000 and $5,000 each month. A much more than you’d expect to pay for a three-bedroom home. But, precisely, how does it work? Abdul explains, “You go on your laptop, hit a unique sequence of keys, and you assist these firms unlock high-value territory on sites like Facebook, Instagram, and Google.”
“Then you go ahead and construct their advertisements on that property.” Simple, effective advertisements that flood their phones with new clients and consumers. What’s the greatest part? You simply have to complete the setup work once, and your renters will gladly give you money month after month. He adds, “It’s semi-passive income without the frustrations, hassles, and high costs of real estate investment.”
Over the last three years, Chance and Abdul are said to have made over $7 million as laptop landlords. “We produce basic advertising that attract people and generate a frenzied demand from company owners, and we get paid month after month,” Abdul says. He then displays email alerts from his Stripe account, spotlighting one particular customer who has been paying him $5,000 per month for the last five months.
He then shows fake advertisements from current Modern Millionaire pupils. One of them is for a jewelry store. Another one is for a hoodie company. Jason resigned his job and now works as a laptop landlord, earning $15,000 a month. Krista, a single mother, earns almost $8,000 every month. More than 3800 individuals have already signed up to join them. Will you be the next victim? As the commercial draws to a conclusion, Abdul adds, “Click the link and register for a completely free training.”
In comparison to some of their previous ads, I felt this one was very tame. There isn’t as much nonsense about income. They continue to oversimplify things, in my opinion. I’d want to hear more about how they instruct their members on how to get new customers. Also, think about what may go wrong. I’m curious as to how long an average customer remains with you. What if they decide to leave? What about the growing cost of advertising? Account suspensions on Facebook? It would be wonderful if there was a bit more balance. They would certainly have fewer detractors.
