“Fixing and flipping has given me a lifestyle where I get to hang out with my pals while having cameras following me around and doing these fantastic projects,” Jamil adds. What a wonderful existence. That’s what I want for you.” But where do these folks get so many deals? What was the expense of acquiring them? Jamil says that they don’t advertise, but how is it even possible? Especially given the current level of competition? And how can they finance these transactions without putting their own money on the line?

Jamil says he’ll answer all that and more. And no, you can’t get this information for free on the internet. Why? Because he and Pace have scaled their real estate investing businesses far beyond the guys and gals who’re putting out YouTube videos. Only they know what they know, right? Or do you think A&E just hands out TV shows like candy corn on Halloween? Yeah, no. You have to run a legit operation, prove your numbers. They go through everything with a fine-tooth comb.

He says that now is the moment to double concentrate on your study. It’s a one-of-a-kind circumstance. The housing market is out of control. This attracts a variety of customers. Building ties with two primary avatars: real estate brokers and wholesalers, seems to be their secret sauce. And if you believe you’re doing it already, Jamil is certain you aren’t. At least not the way he and Pace do it. The remainder of the pitch consists primarily of him telling you that they have a TV program and that everyone wants to work with them, and that you should schedule a call if you’re ready to transform your life. However, there is no indication of the fee of the Flip Me coaching program. It’s irrelevant. I could never do the entire constant networking stuff as an introvert.
