If you’re coachable, take action, are honest, devoted, and have a positive mental attitude, Phil feels you’d be an excellent fit. If you accept, he will teach you all he knows about real estate investing. After that, you’ll be required to put what you’ve learned into practice. The only part of the agreement that I don’t like is that Phil takes 50% of your net earnings on your first few transactions.
That would be OK if the mentorship was free, but that isn’t the case. Enrollment in the Freedom Mentor Apprentice Program is $3,000, plus $197 every month after that. So, in essence, you’re paying Phil for the pleasure of grinding on his behalf. And now I believe I see how he can afford his Florida beachfront property. Phil was greedy with this offer, in my perspective. Either you pay to be schooled and retain all of the upside, or he mentors you for free and you lose potential gains; but not both.
I also believe that conventional real estate investment is now overcrowded. Especially with all of these gurus and course marketers teaching their separate methods to thousands of pupils.
