Jason Wardrop’s AI agency model is presently bringing in five figures each month for him. He promises you can clone it in under 10 minutes in his new YouTube promo. There are no special skills or prior internet experience required. According to Jason, it’s very different from what most experts advise. They’re advising you to pick a small company owner, charge them $1500 a month to run their Facebook advertisements, and hope they stay around for a few months, right?

However, the typical agency paradigm is ineffective. Because you’ll need to learn how to run Facebook advertising first. If you’re a total newbie, you’ll need some marketing experience as well as technical expertise to figure out how to accomplish it. So newcomers are doomed right there. But let’s pretend you’ve mastered Facebook advertisements. Cool. Jason chuckles as he imagines trying to persuade the doctor to keep paying $1500 a month plus $500 for advertising when they’re barely earning two thousand back.

You either never get your agency off the ground, or you do, but you’re always churning and burning customers, which is about as entertaining as a colonoscopy, in his opinion. “Like this is what sold me on the digital marketing business from the start,” Jason says, “because I thought, ‘Okay, these experts are saying to charge two thousand dollars a month for your services, I can earn ten thousand dollars every single month if I go out and acquire five customers.’” And I thought that was really incredible.”

“And then, as most of you who have been following me for a long know, I went down that path, and it was an up and down roller coaster, right?” I was charging $1500 a month at the time, and I’d get one customer and be ecstatic. Then I’d get to three thousand dollars a month, eventually forty-five hundred, and then six thousand for a month. So I had four clients, and then about a month later, I was back down to $1500 a month.”

Compare that horror to Jason’s current five-figure-per-month agency. Which he founded after studying the world’s most powerful agencies and recognizing two key points. One, the majority of them were software firms. And, two, their SaaS was just three to five hundred dollars a month on average. Why not take a cue from what works? That’s exactly what Jason did. He started using software, methods, and tools to rebuild his agency in the same way that the big guys in the industry did.

All you have to do is set up your new customers once, copy and paste the features they want in their software, the program will take care of the fulfillment, and they’ll gladly pay the three to five hundred dollars each month. So there’s no need to spend hours building up ad campaigns or maintaining them on a regular basis. “And at $300 a month, it’s a pricing point that these little enterprises can truly afford,” Jason explains. “Then you may give them two months for free if they pay for a year in advance.”

So, in an ideal scenario, you’re making $3,000 sales every month, and if you add three new customers per month, you’ll be making $9,500 per month, exactly as he promised in his YouTube commercial. Hmm. I agree with much of what he says, and I like the lower price point and passive nature of selling software as a service, but. I’m not certain that us non-techies can cobble together or contract out software that will be worth a damn and that small companies will pay for. Who knows, maybe I’m mistaken.
