Tai Lopez’s new YouTube commercial invites you to Puerto Rico. The Enchanted Island is a magical place. From his back porch, he shows off the vista. He has a treadmill desk with a view of a small pool, then a patch of grass, and finally, literally, the beach. On the opposite side of the patio pavers, a large bag hangs. You could go surfing right out there, Tai adds, pointing to the blue-green ocean. He narrates, “Pretty great,” before getting down to business. “Let’s chat about real estate transactions,” says the speaker.

Tai turns the phone over to display a slimmer, more bronzed figure with windblown hair. “Puerto Rico is exploding,” he says again. For a variety of reasons, it’s thriving right now. We may discuss one, but first, allow me to show you this lovely tiny ocean view. I’ve relocated to Puerto Rico since I’ve been visiting since 2005. My grandma was born and raised in this town. But it’s also a fantastic location. A U.S. territory that is a part of the United States.”
He discusses how the housing market in that area is out of control. There are so many possibilities. You may now live and work from anywhere in the globe.
