Don’t Settle Coaching’s CEO is Travis Robertson. They assist realtors in rapidly growing six and seven figure companies without relying on outdated methods such as door knocking, cold calling, or bugging friends and family for recommendations. If you’re a real estate agent, they could be able to assist you in gaining control of your lead flow, revenue, and lifestyle. Read on to learn more about Travis Robertson in my Travis Robertson review.
UP NEXT: How To Make A Living Doing This
Travis Robertson claims to be one of the best real estate instructors in the world, with customers earning an average of $521,221 per year and a proven five-step technique that will help you add three to ten closings per month, at the very least. Even if you’re just starting out and have no pipeline or momentum. It all boils down to five crucial adjustments that may boost your monthly revenue to $15k, $30k, or perhaps $50k or more.
You must choose to develop, shift one. Change with the times or risk being left behind (and join the 85 percent five-year failure rate for real estate agents). Make an investment in yourself. Improve. Learn the most up-to-date marketing techniques. Use “control tactics” in shift two. Stop relying on repeat and referral business to keep your firm afloat. Shift three: To achieve regular and predictable lead flow, utilize “integrated marketing” (track prospects throughout the internet). Create leverage by shifting four times. Delegate and systematize. Get a coach and shift five. Isn’t it a pleasant surprise? “It’s the only way to go ahead faster.”
Take a break. Travis can’t possibly have not completed Russ Ruffino’s Clients On Demand curriculum. His presentation is almost identical to Russ’s. Everything from the format to the typeface to the backdrop graphics. Right down to the way he over-emphasizes half of every sentence’s words. Is anybody else aware of this? It’s as though he’s putting forth too much effort. And it simply comes out as phony. It’s also tiring to listen to. It’s time to get some work done.
The presentation was completely useless. Instead, it was crammed with clichés and Travis telling you what he thought you wanted to hear. “You must have the ability to be coached.” “I’m prepared to launch a huge attack.” “Can you tell me why we’re doing this?” We just want to return the favor.” “The amount of space available is really restricted.” “Grab a slot on the calendar if you see one!” “I love you guys and want the best for you no matter what.” Dude. Travis. Nobody believes any of it.
What’s the point of wasting everyone’s time? Why don’t you rework your presentation and include some current lead generating strategies? Don’t tell, show. Then simply be yourself among others. How would you approach a friend over a beer? Next time, I want Travis to speak, not the candidate vying for my support. My third concern is that you should say or at the very least give us an estimate of how much your Don’t Settle Coaching costs. You make the implication that it’s expensive, but that’s so subjective. For some, $500 is a huge amount; for others, $50,000 is a big figure. What is the minimal amount of time someone should set aside before making a call?
I’m not sure. Maybe it’s because I’ve written so many reviews that I’ve become jaded. But I’m done with them. Types of offers include: I-took-some-professional-pictures-wearing-blazers-and-bought-a-luxurious-looking-website-so-you-can-totally-trust-me-and-pay-me-fifteen-grand. Compare that to the way we dress. We place little emphasis on dressing the part and instead concentrate completely on discussing the company idea. “This is exactly what we do.” Here’s a live sample for you to check out. Here are the answers to the questions you’re most likely asking. This is how much money you’ll need to get started. ‘Take it or leave it,’ says the narrator.
