Introduction: The world has been experiencing an unprecedented economic crisis for decades now and we still seem to be struggling with it! There are many reasons that the economy is in such bad shape but one thing often overlooked is our work ethic across society. When was the last time someone told you they loved their job or talked about how much they enjoyed what they do? It’s not because people don’t care; quite simply there just aren’t enough jobs out there anymore. There have always been some things that were considered “jobs” like running security at banks or maintaining infrastructure around places but these days those are being taken over by automation as well which means fewer opportunities for those who want them.. That doesn’t mean life would stop without purpose though and currently Kingdom Real Estate has built its business on offering customers real estate services online while continuing to offer traditional offline options if desired by clients .If this sounds interesting please continue reading more about my company here!: https://kingdomerealestatereviewsblog.wordpress.com/.
The Kingdom Real Estate Review is a new book written by Todd Fleming. The book is about how to make money in the real estate industry. Read more in detail here: is the kingdom real estate legit.
Todd M. Fleming can teach you how to wholesale houses on your own time. Not only that, but you can start making money right away with your first transaction. He’s sharing his Hex Method with other wholesalers who want to emulate his success for a short period. But who is this mysterious figure? Is he even a real person? I’m curious as to what he’s selling. How much does it set you back? I’ll respond to all of your questions and more. To read my review of Kingdom Real Estate, scroll down.
UP NEXT: How Does This Compare To Wholesalers?
Todd was always discussing his desire to pursue a career in real estate. So when his mother saw an article in the newspaper about the advantages of being a real estate agent, she persuaded him to apply. He rapidly understood, however, that it was not for him. (Thank you very much, Mom.) What seemed wonderful in the article turned out to be a low-paying profession where you were always at the whim of your superiors (customers) who were never satisfied.
As a result, Todd shifted his focus to wholesale. He started to regain his feet after struggling at first. Then he uncovered a little-known financing approach that allowed him to quadruple the profit on every business he did. Add in his “hidden technique” for turning one-time revenue into regular income, and he was financially independent in only two years.
To make a transaction under the old manner of wholesaling, you had to put in a lot of effort. You are in charge of collecting your assignment money. It’s finally over. You must now restart your search for your next bargain. It’s not only exhausting, but it’s also stressful not knowing when you’ll get paid next. Todd claims that his Wholesaling Hex Method is the answer. Six figures in six months is totally doable with it. Hmm.
Furthermore, Todd states that his Hex Method has a 70% success rate; there is almost no risk; you sell 100% of your contracts; you get regular monthly revenue; and you get to experience compounding growth and profit. Wow. So, what is this mysterious strategy that none of the other wholesaler experts appear to be aware of? I signed up to see Todd’s “short film,” which promised to fill me in on everything. Only, after 37 minutes, I was still as bewildered as I had been.
I noticed some great line graphs that showed how the Hex Method would help me generate a lot more money. He used a lot of buzzwords. There’s much to be said about leveraging connections. However, there was nothing enlightening. Other than a person called Ronnie who posted something in their private Facebook group, there are no case studies. And, of course, there’s no indication of the cost of his Kingdom Real Estate instruction. Just a calendar to schedule your Business Builder call, during which they’ll almost certainly attempt to sell you anything.
Todd claims to have over 5,000 pupils on his premises. He claims to be a believer. He has a really down-to-earth demeanor. But, I don’t know, it was odd how he went out of his way to avoid mentioning anything particular. And why hasn’t this incredible recurring revenue gap been disclosed by any other wholesaling experts? It all looks a bit too good to be true, and Todd failed to persuade me differently throughout his presentation. “And as a result, I’m out.”
ANOTHER OPTION IS TO START AN ONLINE REAL ESTATE BUSINESS.
