It’s a fascinating model. Nothing I observed made me doubt Jorge’s competence or honesty. But a lot of things have to go right for this to work. Do you agree with me? You must locate the appropriate sorts of residences. In the correct places. Then you’ll get lucky and the owners agree to let you list them on Airbnb. “Wait a minute, why wouldn’t I simply do this myself if it’s more lucrative?” they may think. Perhaps not.
